  As advertised, in new condition and exactly as pictured in the seller's description. I was able to buy the chains for much lower than retail stores. Which was very important for me as I will probably never use them on my awd vehicle, but will carry them when traveling in the mountains. The corner of the plastic box was cracked, (again, as advertised) but I have a plastic welder and will be able to repair it stronger than new.
