  great seller quick shipping packing could of been more bubble wrap after all is a laptop Item as describe said backlit key board have not been able to turn on but maybe seller had ai write description all in all value is fine laptop came with lots of blocks for installing do to the fact it was either education or enterprise after three days got all blocks disabled was able to load windows 11 seller did answer quickly twice my concerns about the lack of packing material and the torn box

  Very happy with this laptop. I’m always wary buying used tech from eBay, but when the seller made an offer I thought what have I got to lose. The laptop was dispatched promptly and arrived quickly at my selected drop off point extremely well protected in its packaging. Once home the laptop was in great condition and looks great. Booting up was no problem with windows pre installed. All I had to do was enter my WiFi pass & I was away. Awesome service & item, fantastic seller defo use again
