    Photos of item on listing show back of Blu-ray listing English dubbing as a language option. Upon receiving the item, so does the actual back of the Blu-ray. However, English overdubbing is NOT an option in the language options menu. Photos are of back of Blu-ray (where English is listed) & language options menu (where it’s absent). Reached out to seller to express my dissatisfaction and seller never bothered to respond. Negative review for misrepresentation of item and lack of communication.

    We offer free returns for any reason. Buyer must have us confused with another seller as we sold a DVD not a Blu-Ray. Also, we have nothing to do with the menu options on the DVD, you would need to contact the publisher for that. We just resell used, pre-owned items, and we have nothing to do with what goes on the menu of a certain movie.
