  Received item as described even though they only came in the shipping package. I was worried the connector ends would be damaged but they both came in fine. I would recommend better package when shipping, otherwise very happy with these cables.

  Tried contacting the seller twice and no response back from them, I gave them more than enough time to get back to me. The items they sent me were used not new(sent them pics of used items), they don't have anywhere in their listing that these were used. Had the seller gotten back to me, we could have worked something out but since they choose to ignore my messages, they get negative feedback in return. Bad customer service, do better!

  Purchase was doomed from the start. Began with communication from seller what to do and what not to do "if" I didn't receive the item. Seller has numerous complaints about shipping problems in his feedback, so although disappointing, it's not surprising. Refund was given eventually for item not received but best to avoid this altogether unfortunately.

  My Chain was in a Clear Plastic Bag. Although it did appear to be New. However, no packaging was with it for confirmation of the Brand Name Chain ordered. Also no information at all was provided about the Chain's Specifications. The Seller was contacted twice about my concerns but failed to reply. Since I was unable to verify my purchase I then pursued a Refund. The Chain was taken to the Post Office for it to be returned. I did get a full Refund. Seller needs to improve communication.
