    The seller did not select the appropriate shipping box. Item was too big to fit into the shipping box causing it to become deformed and weak. Seller did not take care to pack the item carefully. The item arrived in a smashed and crushed state, partially opened. The box & shipping paper had a horrible stench. The item did not look like the photos in the listing. The item was dirty, with sticky residue on it. The item has gouges and scratches not shown in listing photos. Shipping was late.
