  Took them a month to ship the part. eBay had already refunded me the day after I filed the complaint.when they finally shipped it I already got my refund so they canceled the shipment when it was halfway to me. Stoped it mid transit. This was a $1500 purchase. A part so large it was shipped on a pallet. How do you not notice that a huge part like that wasn’t shipped ????. They happily kept my money for a whole month and didn’t bother to ship it until I complained.dozens of messages ignored.

  I am very impressed with the care taken to package and protect the item for shipping. Shipped from Texas to New York and the box arrived in great condition. It was thoroughly sealed, glued and taped. It took careful and patient work to open the box and once opened, I was pleasantly surprised at the steps taken to secure and protect my "used" auto part item with attaching hardware as promised. The fairly large front bumper reinforcement and hardware is truly "Rust Free" and in great condition.

  Product was advertised as "fully functional". It was not. It came with a broken part that I had to get fixed prior to installation. The small window side screen also does not retract. Communicating with this seller was a terrible experience. They stated they "understood my frustration", but were unwilling to do anything about it. Stay away from this seller or shop at your own risk.

  We responded to every message and clarified that the description clearly stated a broken tab and advised reviewing all pictures. The buyer claimed missing parts and said he’d send pictures, which we never received. We assured him all parts were included, and the item was usable as the tab bolts to the door frame. We also offered the option to return and directed him to our return policy. The condition was as described, and we stand by the accuracy of our listing.
