  You purchased this on Jul 13 which was a Sunday. It was dropped off on Jul 14 the following day at the post office. The post office is closed on Sunday. You also picked ground shipping and it was delivered on Jul 17. We try to ship items out as fast as we can, but the post office being closed on the weekend is one of the things out of our control.

  The shoes arrived in great condition. Very nice condition and arrived fast. But they just were too tight. I’ve never worn these shoes but was in hopes they would be a good fit. Thank you so much for your help. Carolyn

  Product is in very good condition. Got a little problem on the delivery but not seller’s fault. They actually gave me instructions how to deal with it so really grateful for that.
