  Shipping was impressively fast, yet weighted vest was missing the pouch pictured on ebay site. The seller responded without hesitation offering partial refund and was communicative. Although disappointed, I accepted the partial refund as all other areas were considered positive. The weighted vest is great and their manner to address the issue was viewed as satisfactory.

  Item was damaged in shipping and instead of allowing the item to reach me, the seller took the time to reroute the item back to them and contact me to refund me. I so appreciated their level of professionalism and transparency about the issue and that they took the initiative to take care of the issue before it reached me.   Sold from Amazon and sent as a gift.Could have been bought from Amazon for $68.00.Only when they lost their tracking do they contact me.I paid for this item it was not a gift.I paid $10.00 more than it sold for on Amazon.Seller contacted me to see if I received the item, then contacted me again and said he was renting space at Amazon and that's why it came from Amazon only it was marked as GIFT and he changed his name from Matthew to Zona.Just go to Amazon and buy item & save $10.00 avoid seller

  I never received this item. The seller sent me email, and said it was damaged in shipping. She said it would take about 5/6 weeks to get her supplies because of tariffs imposed by President Trump. They gave me a choice of waiting or cancelling the order. I cancelled the order.
