    Awesome battery and the seller was great. They stayed in constant communication with me and while the first battery was lost in the mail. They promptly sent a second battery which delivered right to my front door. Excellent condition and great value for a lithium battery

    As described the seller has shipped all of the items the items came in for different boxes at four different dates one of the boxes was missing in shipment the seller ship ships the second one and I now have all of the parts. The exhaust fan works perfectly if you don't want to use a battery it will just go on in the daytime when the solar panel gets sunlight. I have installed a battery so my fan works all the time perfect

    Sometimes things go wrong. The measure of a company is what happens next. My battery arrived with the Status of charge (SOC) not working, so the battery always showed 0% charged on the led panel and on the app even after charging. The customer support people first told me that they take care of their customers and would replace the battery if needed. They worked with the tech department and set me instructions to have the SOC recalibrate/reset. It did and the battery is fine. Many thanks.
