  The item (the PS Vita) came in it's described condition. Shipping pace was also quite impressive. It was nice and safely packaged, also the original PS Vita carton was in a great shape with no visible damage. The PS Vita also worked technically fully fine. I was also impressed, that the Vita came with literally every accessory from back in the days. Great seller, 5 outta 5 stars. Can recommend them.

  The item was defective and they refused to refund me the money. They found it impossible see the fault was on there end and kept fobbing me off. Terrible service and awful customer service 0/10

  Overall it was as described. I have no way to know if this was truly an unused display model (or know to what extent it was handled), but the device itself was in nice condition. More scratches in the back than I'd like it to have out of the box, but as I was okay overall. Came with paperwork, charger, and a 16GB memory card. The front of the device itself was scratch free but with some smudging that cleaned up without issue. Thank you for a smooth transaction.
