  The item (the PS Vita) came in it's described condition. Shipping pace was also quite impressive. It was nice and safely packaged, also the original PS Vita carton was in a great shape with no visible damage. The PS Vita also worked technically fully fine. I was also impressed, that the Vita came with literally every accessory from back in the days. Great seller, 5 outta 5 stars. Can recommend them.

  The item was defective and they refused to refund me the money. They found it impossible see the fault was on there end and kept fobbing me off. Terrible service and awful customer service 0/10

  You purchased a used item, but as a service, we sent you a new, unopened item first. It seemed you were dissatisfied with that, so we offered a partial refund, which we refunded after you agreed. After that, you asked us to send you another new item. As there was a discrepancy in our conversation, we have prepared a return shipping label. We have responded every treatment as we can.
