Belts arrived well packed and on time, and were as described though not the same quality as one I bought from them years ago (might have been a different seller but this belt in genuine leather very hard to find). Very importantly, they provided my feedback after receiving my payment, demonstrating trust in every aspect of their own performance as a seller, and not "blackmailing" me, as a buyer, to leave +ve feedback for them as a seller before leaving +ve feedback for me as a buyer.

  Rcvd the belt days ago, but the wrong size. Called about the error in size and immediately rectify my concern. A replacement came immediately without hesitation. The quality of the product is as describe, and appearance excellent. The price reasonable. Admire their customer service excellence in handling a minor problem.
