  Really good seller, they replied to some inquiries I had in 24 hours and were very kind. Package took 14 days to arrive (China - Europe), which I think is very good timing. Item came well packaged and the package itself didn't have any scratch. Item was just as described in the advert, brand new and perfect condition. Good price also for both the item and the shipping, definitely recommend this seller!

  Order arrived surprisingly early (China → EU). Packaging was well-organized: empty space was filled with bubble wrap, and the product itself was wrapped in a double layer of bubble wrap for safe shipping. The product is in its original shrink wrap—see the glossy effect in the photo. The package also included two nice paper cards. The seller is, as others say, very communicative and even responds during holidays. Extremely satisfied—will continue shopping here and buy again!

  Everything went perfectly, I am really happy with this order ! The seller was really nice and responded quickly to any questions I might have. My only regret is that the box of the product -which I originally wanted to keep- was damaged because it was not protected with bubble wrap or something similar. Yet as the item arrived in perfect condition, so it is alright. I will most definitely order from this shop again in the future.

  Great book though I wish they had been shipped together since the tracking was confusing as eBay and the sellers tracking info they provided through messages was conflicting. Also a corner of my book was bent on transit so I hope for better packaging in the future. Otherwise though the seller was quick to respond and ease my concerns thank you!

  It is a official product from Mihoyo. Packaging was fine but the plastic around the pillow got damage probably post office. Product it self was fine no damage. Product that came is the same as shown in pictures.
