  Item has not arrived. Delivery date was changed from date issued at time of purchase. ebay claims it will be arriving "on time" with the new date. Makes sense since the date changed. I normally disregard these matters until the item arrives, but ebay asked for feedback on purchases, and this item was the first on the list. Why ask for feedback when I don't have in possession yet? ebay is the best buying platform available. Not sure why the confusion on the delivery date and feedback process.
