  This was my first ebay purchase and unfortunately my item arrived broken. I was very disappointed, but I understand that with shipping that can sometimes happen. The good news and the reason I will attempt to purchase again through ebay is that I was promptly issued a refund. There was no long drawn out process and I very much appreciated the professionalism!
