  Item arrived at 13:05 installed and tested working as expected, Very Pleased thank You. good Communications, Trusted Seller, Recommended. only the E'Bay Courier used was poor, only knew item was delevered through Email' item left on doorstep it could of gone through letterbox no door bell or Knock to Alert, it could have been stolen. Suggest you Complain to E'Bay.

  Despatch was delayed. Seller provided an explanation, apologised and offered a full refund for the inconvenience. I declined the refund as there was no problem with the items, they are as described and function as intended. However the seller insists on a refund.

  Seller contacted me and attempted an explanation for the delay with despatch and apologised. A full refund was also offered for the inconvenience. I did not accept this as the items are not defective and I am happy that the seller responded to my comments so promptly.
