  Well, I am giving Leo's Stamp & Cover Store a positive Feedback here even though I haven't received this item. Leo emailed me and said he searched his house top to bottom and could not find this it. He apologized and issued me a complete refund, saying if he ever finds it, he will send it to me at no cost. Mistakes happen. Thanks for the good communication and the refund.
