  listing is accurate, item is as described. support and instructions however are of no help being 100% chinese. The video helpers are difficult to see details from. The product is good, the support from the manufacturer, is less than. Seller is good.

  I ordered this switching adapter for my product, but unfortunately, I got the voltage wrong, and it doesn't work. The items were well-packaged and arrived in excellent condition. I sent the seller an email asking to return the item. The seller responded immediately with an offer that was acceptable to me. I am sure the switch plug works perfectly for the devices that fit with this voltage. It is great that in case you buy and it doesn't work the return or refund process is simple and fast.
