  Very secure packaging, absolute no chance of anything going wrong in transit. Completely clean install of Windows 11 so easy setup. Few nicks to the casing but to be expected of any laptop really so not bothered about that. Great value considering what my Mom will be using it for, a brand new laptop for this price wouldn't have half the specs of this. Very happy.
