If you have a through-hole in your door already (as most pre-drilled exterior doors do) you will need the QuikSet security cover plate for outside, which unfortunately now appear to be discontinued and sell for about $16.00 each plus shipping from clearance sellers who are taking advantage of sellers due to their scarcity.

  Had a problem with the initial shipment, not receiving staples as in what was listed, received nails in a staple box. Contacted the seller, they stated they would send out replacement. I received the replacement almost a month from the original purchase only to find I was shorted , not a full box as pictured. The company could do a much better job being honest about what they are selling and listing accordingly. Left positive feedback only for the effort to correct the problem.

  Ended up receiving the wrong item however, when I contacted the seller regarding the matter, they quickly responded, apologized and instructed that I request a refund. After doing so I quickly received a full refund. Although wrong item was sent, the seller did handle the situation quickly. I can’t speak about the product that I ordered however, the one I ended up getting was in great condition and packaged well.

  As described. Minimal packaging needed. No apparent flaws in item. This brand sold at Home Depot for more than twice the price to include shipping. Did not measure length, appears to be the 25 ft advertised. Great deal for a returned item. Shipping: Item not accepted by USPS till 2 days after est. first day of delivery BUT did arrive last day of est. delivery. Seller does do high volume of sales. Seller could do better, still gets 4 stars and a positive.

  The package arrived as described & very promptly at a more than reasonable cost, but the order was an error on my part & when I requested to return the item for refund, it was handled immediately & I received my refund either that day or the next business day. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone!

  Both items came really fast. But the packaging was not good. One of the main fittings from what I needed was missing and they couldn't just send me the fitting so I had to send the one item back. They did make it right refunded me my money and didn't give me any hassles. I would do business with them again
