  Received the shipment today and wanted to give thumbs up to the seller. She tracked the shipment and updated me and made sure I was taken care of. She answered my questions promptly about the items, Calphalon cookware set, to make sure it was what I wanted before shipping. She was more interested in making sure I was satisfied with my buy than making the sell. I’ve unpacked them & I got a great deal.   maybe a bit overpackaged (not sure that every piece needed to be wrapped in plastic), but fast shipping and everything arrived intact (and in great condition!) in spite of being sent in a soft bag instead of a box
