  I ordered and paid for a 100ml bottle of Thierry Mugler Alien and was sent a bottle of Mutant Fusion - a lookalike product - an absolute fake. I believe seller hoped I wouldn’t realise. I asked for a refund or to be sent the correct item and was offered a partial refund if I would keep the item. I refused this request and I was then offered a 50% refund. I have now been been told that I have to pay to have the item returned overseas and I will be refunded plus postage when the item is received.

  Waited 1 month for delivery only to find the wrong fragrance was supplied. Very disappointed.

  Those are fake products! Nothing like the one that made in USA. The smell and the quality! That is not ASEA products at all. The one that they sold is aloe vera not the Renu 28 Revitalizing Redox at all. I need refund.
