  Recommended Seller. Top quality, brand new item. Looks even better than on the listing. Got a discount on mine so great value for money. My only negative is the deliverer threw my parcel over a 6foot high fence and it landed on a concrete path. Luckily the glass lamp was wrapped so well it did no harm. Thank you for a beautiful lamp.

  While we did have some hiccups with a faulty unit - the customer service was incredible. I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box. We love the look and it looks more expensive than it was. BEAUTIFUL LAMP A++++

  I had a problem with my delivery, which was all the delivery companies fault, but I contacted the seller and explained I had only received half of the order. There was a very prompt reply stating that they had opened a case with the delivery people. The next morning, after waiting for 7 days for them to find the other half of the order, they sent a message that it would be delivered this morning! Hmm. Sure enough, the item arrived half an hour later! I would use this seller again!

  Great seller, lamp was dispatched quickly and amazingly well wrapped - thank you! But the downside, which doesn’t reflect on the seller, it was handed to Evri who took from collection 6 days to deliver which is shocking as the seller sent it on a two-day delivery. A super lamp though and I would use the seller again in the future

  The lamp works perfectly on the first two settings, using the third is impossible as it just constantly flickers. Possibly a bad design, no fault of the seller and not actually a setting you need to use as it’s very bright on the second setting.

  Great ebay seller and so happy I bought this glass lampshade, there beautiful. no wonder there is so many likes on it ! My item arrived very quickly and it was wrapped as if it was the sellers own parcel, with care. I'm very happy with my item and it sets my place off lovely. I'd recommend this seller to everyone and tell you now go buy this lampshade at this price it's a steal and you won't regret it. That's why im saving this seller so I can buy again from soon .
