  A case of buyer beware when purchasing online. I made the mistake of not asking the seller to send me a photo of the exact item I would be getting : the item received was different colour from the first 8 photos of the item, which were all of the blue colour. Only in photo 9 was a dark colour shown. Seller was very helpful, with good communication, and fast shipping. Seller also offered a full refund but I discovered that posting back the item would not warrant the out-of-pocket cost to me.

  I didn’t receive the beautiful blue jade- colored bracelet, i got the ugly green jade and I had asked the seller if I would be receiving the exact bracelet as in the picture. I didn’t. Bait and switch!!
