  The hydrojug is just as described. It is brand new in an unopened, uncut box. The seller gave me a great deal and it is such a darling hydrojug. It shipped quickly as well. I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy from this seller again.

  Fast shipping and a positive experience. I received the incorrect color and the seller was responsive and accommodating. Allowing me to return it with free return shipping. Even though I had received the incorrect color/item, the item I did receive was well made and very cute!

  Placed an order on 10/2 for a halloween cup. Ebay says within a few days it's been shipped but no tracking. Turns out it was not shipped. I contact the seller on 10/14 bc now I'm getting a USPS tracking number but they say no item from seller. I tell seller I'm done with this cancel the order. Seller still sends item to post office and now zero replies to messages in four days but only a note from ebay the item post was removed bc seller broke some policies/rules. DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER!

  Liar liar pants on fire! You communicated with me via ebay messages, there are records. It was not shipped on that date. Here's the USPS for anyone who wants to check 9449008106245361816700. It's not been delivered, it's due to be delivered today. ...and yes I have a screenshot of showing your listing being removed for policy violations. Mistakes happen, we all make them...but it's how you own up that speaks to your character. You should be ashamed of yourself!
