  You received 2 items (I added 1 for the lost package) - You only returned the free Owala and kept the Hydrojug cup. You exercised your rights to file a claim and did not give ebay the full information You only wrote a negative review when ebay reversed their decision due to tracking information for both provided to them. Again I apologize for the lateness. Please return the Hudrojug you kept for free.

  My order originally had a shipping label created with a delivery date of June 17-June 24. When I contacted seller, seller claimed to have shipped it, but the United States Postal Service never received a package to put the created shipping label on. Seller forgot? After I got ahold of seller because nothing was tracking or showing up, seller sent a package with a delivery date of July 10. Finally got package. I ordered a pink with bows Owala bottle but seller sent me a green with daisies. ???
