  Maybe it’s eBay I have a problem with….I contacted the seller right away, stating that “ it was not clear that it was a 3pack so I ordered too many, plus, they just don’t look good in my room and that I would like to return for Refund” and she replied “no problem, file a request for a refund”. Duh, I just did that… Her reply did not alert me in any way. I have had to go fishing for her reply. Now what the heck am I supposed to do. Your process is cryptic.
