  The seller was quick to send a package, but they sent out the wrong item in the package, something completely different than the product described and purchased. I had to go through the hassle of returning the item, having to wait for the product to make it back to them and then hope to get my money back. Because of their mistake I was without the product I promptly paid when I committed to buy and without my money until I went through the hassle of returning the wrong item back to them.

  Well this will be short and brutal much like life; but in the best way possible. While on first impression the experience was lackluster, the true surprise and wonderful part of this particular transcation was blindsidingly pleasant. I contacted the seller at the behest of (this platform) eBay, and within 5 mins; I was contacted acknowledged and my concerns thoroughly soothed and addressed. 8 ⭐️ out of 5.
