I contacted the seller about it, twice, and he never looked at the messages. I tested the syringe on agar, and 3 jars have contaminated already. I assume I'll just have to eat this loss because of the communication thus far. It appears as if this guy doesn't do customer service, doesn't stand behind his product etc. Would avoid at this time.
