  This was a very positive shopping experience. I purchased Bitdefender Total Security for my lap top computer and the code arrived very promptly in the post (first class). In the envelope was a receipt for the transaction as well as additional information regarding how to register the code with Bitdefender. This was very helpful information and easy to follow. This purchase was value for money and I would not have any hesitation in using this seller again.

  This was purchased as a renewal for an existing subscription and it appears to have worked. However, the listing was misleading. Via the post I received just a code number - which was fine but why bother posting it? Other sellers in the past have simply provided the code digitally which was much quicker than the snail mail 1st class 'service' offered by Royal Mail which took several days.

  Really sorry that we had to post this to you but Ebay rules now ban the sending of software digitally for virtually all sellers.
