  Had a couple of issues upon the arrival of the impact wrench but the seller worked with me so we could find a reasonable solution. The gun works fine it was just an issue with the shipping which happens he couldn t have known my impact wrench would get banged up by Fed ex but still he took the appropriate action to make it a good resolution for me and due to that, I m a happy customer, great seller A++ would buy again

  I can't say enough good about this seller. In short, he's the kind of seller you wish everyone on ebay was. I ordered the wrong wrench, went to send it back for a refund but the cost of returning the item was almost as much as I paid for it, so I kept it and ordered the correct wrench from him. I explained what happened, and this guy, on his own accord, refunded me almost half the cost of the new wrench. This guy gets 10 stars. Thank you ever so much.
