  Seller notified me that when they inspected the model that I purchased, they discovered it was damaged. Therefore, they could NOT send me that particular model. When they contacted the manufacturer, the seller is NOT due to get another replacement for another 3 months. They gave me the option of a full refund or wait until the next batch was delivered to them. I chose the refund. My refund was handled promptly. Communication with the seller during this process has been exemplary.
