  The seller was very responsive and went out of their way to ship the item quickly. Item arrived as described and as fast as possible. They went above and beyond to fulfill my request and at a great price too! The item arrived in almost perfect condition and was a great value. Would definitely recommend this seller. They also answered all my questions with lightening speed and accuracy. Will be purchasing again if I need any more Ruffwear for my dog.

  The item was new and unused, but in a previously opened box. As for shipping, the seller advertised USPS 2-3 Priority Mail, but the item was shipped USPS Ground Advantage and took an extra few days to arrive (ultimately, I paid for 2-3 priority but got ground). I emailed the seller in this regard, and they apologized.
