  Worst item that’s i have ever seen, item quality is so bad. After 1 week use phone is fall to parts.

  The cell phone in the picture was obviously damaged by someone. Or it was dropped. There is no way the phone damaged itself like this.

  I cannot speak for others, but my phone is not in 'Brand New' condition as the seller claimed, its used. The seller refuses to provide a return label. I won't purchase because the battery is classified as hazardous material & also requires a discourse import form. eBay has not been helpful either; they extended another deadline before processing my refund, which has been nearly a month. Additionally, I also lost $40 a month pre-paid phone card.

  The buyer took the phone apart and damaged it a month after he received it and contacted us to return the phone he damaged, not willing to return the battery or accessories. eBay has ruled against the buyer.
