  Items arrived on time, carefully packed to avoid shipping damage. They were in the condition advertised, grreat. The only problem was that one of the bowls was missing. The seller checked her stock and found she had none to send as replacements. She offered me a return opportunity; but I suggested a partial refund iinstead. She accepted that solution and promptly issued a refund. I would buy fragile items from this vendor again.

  Great deal on item, very well packaged/quickly shipped. Item accurately described but I had one question that the seller wouldn’t answer. Even though…I couldn’t pass it up and I was pleasantly surprised in the end by what I found in envelope. Thank you, but if you’d take time to answer questions (and mine was a simple one that I asked at least 5 times over 3 days) this purchase experience would have gone better.

  Item came in excellent condition, and nice styrofoam box and sleeve and this was as described. Good value. Packaging with peanuts was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Communication response time when I had questions about combining shipping was excellent. Seller combined shipping for me for multiple items. Great seller and would buy from again!

  I am very happy with my purchase. Seller provided a very accurate descriptions and took additional care in packaging the items so they would arrive with our any issues. Seller responded quickly to my questions and provided additional information. The seller combined shipping which saved considerable postage. I would buy from from this seller again and look forward to their future auctions.

  Packaging absolutely very good, the condition of the item was in excellent condition, as described, shipping was a little longer than usual, but I wasn't worried, because the packaging kept it safe, and the shipping cost was very reasonable. That should be highly considered, good packaging and reasonable shipping cost on all shipping from Ebay brokers. The line of dinner ware I have chosen has no personal value. I'm new to discovering this line, but I hope my family will value it in my absece.
