  This Item did Not glow. I contacted seller and was instructed to try different lighting, which I did. Item still did not glow. Not at all as described.

  Hi, I am again, so sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. I tried to be clear in the listing and in our conversation that it will not glow under regular blacklight and needs 365nm wavelength UV lighting. I conveyed also in our chat that if you were dissatisfied for any reason, we would be happy to issue a full refund.
