  Purchased an iWalk with no mention of a weight limit, which makes it unsafe for me to use. I messaged the seller before it shipped and multiple times after—no reply. Return was denied without explanation. I’ve never left a negative review before, but I’ve also never been completely ignored. Buyers should avoid this seller unless they respond first. I’ll be filing a BBB complaint due to the lack of disclosure and total absence of communication on a medical item.
