    I want to thank you publicly for being such a wonderful human being. Things didn't go very well with this one and you had to wait longer than any other customer we've ever shipped to. But you waited patiently and we really appreciate it. We're STILL arguing with our local postmaster regarding the lithium label on battery chargers, but in the end, we have to do what HE says is right. Thanks again for your wonderful understanding.
