Thank you for stating we did advertise accurately. On 8/10/25 customer states "Perhaps we can negotiate a refund to avoid a claim & loss to both of us." Meaning they want a refund outside of the Ebay return process. To date, they have not yet started the return. If they do, it would be a misuse the Ebay system as they state it was accurately described. We will appeal for Ebay to decide. Hence the - feedback. You will be banned from our store.
