  Seller shipped the item quickly and was packaged extremely well. The only issue that I had was that the item was incorrectly labeled on eBay. Unknown to the Seller the phone case I purchased was for an iPhone 11, and not for the iPhone 15 Pro Max as described. However, once that mistake was pointed out to the Seller, she immediately made a full refund on the product.

  My order shipped the day I placed it. The pens were sent in a well padded envelope, thus arriving undamaged. All costs were more than reasonable. As for the pens themselves, they are a delight to use with the convenience of two colors in one pen.
