  shipping/packaging perfect. value great. communication not so good. i would like to give this seller a 10 + but because he said there were no polly dolls with the barbie, that gave me a major headache. his description could have been more accurate. however the Barbie DID come with 3 polly dolls and if he would have looked more closely, i wouldn’t have tried to cancel my order. But it all turned out ok. so i give the seller 9 + thank you. i’m glad i did buy this item from him. thanks again

  I sent 2 emails clarifying that all Polly dolls were included with all 3 dolls. I communicated several times and physically verified that all Pollys were there.

  Great experience with this seller! I won another auction on the same day, so the seller combined shipping on both items. This one had some blemishes that the seller noticed after the sale and was willing to cancel and refund the order. I appreciated the opportunity to decide, and was pleased that I think I can clean the questionable blemish. Very proactive communication, kind, and polite. I highly recommend this seller!   The doll is exactly as depicted. Mint in box, which is great, because it was produced in 1997. 😊 I absolutely adore it. Fast delivery too, USA to the Netherlands, took only two weeks to arrive, faster than expected. Thanks very much! Probably will be back for more! 😉
