  When we customized the clothes based on your picture, we took photos of the fabric and confirmed it with you. We only made it according to your requirements after you agreed to use it. If you are not satisfied with the fabric, you need to clearly indicate what specific fabric you need at the confirmation stage, so that we can send the fabric for confirmation

  I am having to return this dress. I ordered one size up since the measurements for the size I usually take was smaller than my waist. I figured I would rather be able to take in on a larger size. The larger size did not fit. Could not even zip it up even though the measurements on the site said measurements larger than me. I have requested a return label three days ago and am still waiting for the seller to respond.
