  Wife bought this and I right away I asked to cancel it cause my batterys dont fit it and I didn't have battery for it and they said no even tho it wasn't even shipped yet really rude once they got my money that's all they cared about..... don't buy from them

  We always cancel if the item hasn't shipped yet. Unfortunately, you did ask AFTER the item had already been shipped. Once shipping is done there is no cancelling. We would have happily cancelled for you had it been asked in time. I hope you understand.
