  The transformer case was bent in a way that didn't show in the pictures. I think it was dropped hard during shipping. A very heavy item like this should have had better padding. It still appears to work fine though.

  This seller worked with me answering questions both before purchasing and after. The item was as described and arrived in the same condition as advertised. I had an issue with how to work it as it was electronic but I figured it out and the seller was happy to assist with the questions I asked.
