When I received them it was evident that two of the boxes had been opened and were missing hardware. Contacted seller who offered to exchange but that would take over a week and I needed to install sooner so I sourced the parts needed to make them work on my own.

I found that especially helpful as this gave me the opportunity to cancel the sale if I would have had to purchase additional un expected accessories. Only after all that was completed did they process the charge on the card.
