  The seller was very kind as they gave me updates about the package and even sent me pictures of the figure. The shipping was insanely fast it only took three days for it to arrive east of Canada where I live. The figure is new, authentic and because the seller packaged the figure so well the box was in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this seller and will buy from them again! :D

  Always hesitent about trying sellers outside those I'm used to for merch, but Machi-chara provided a nice first impression. Great comms to let you know the status of your parcel, letting me know when the item will be posted (due to a busier period) and photos sent of your item prior to packing. Parcel is well protected with the item bubblewrapped, placed into a thick box and postage was super quick. Good first time experience, I'll be happy to come back should another item here take my interest.

The figure arrived fast, he said the figure was at a warehouse so I trusted and asked for photos, he sent me photos and looked pretty well boxed, new and in good condition, so I bought it since the seller did a good offer, I couldn't thank enough, the service was perfect, arrived in a big cardboard box with good protections, the original box and the figure came perfect!
