  I spoke too soon. The seller contacted me to let me know they were working on a resolution and issued a partial refund. The seller was informative. I never had to request a status update. The shipper, not the seller, damaged the item. I would “highly recommend this seller.”

  Received item quickly, brand new and sealed as described. This replaced an old one that stopped working after few years. One negative about this seller/item is listing was described as coming with multiple colored face plates, but this did not. This item came in the brown box with only the white faceplate as opposed to the more colorful retail box with the colored face plates that you'll see in other listings. Didn't matter much to me, but listing is inaccurate. Good price though, thanks.

  DVD is sealed as advertised and in perfect shape. Will be playing it tonight. Item was also packed with cardboard and bubble wrap to protect it. Great seller.
