  The quality of this is amazing. Installation was easy and went perfect, just follow the provided directions. The value add of this emergency release is without question. The original hood latch and release on these Triumph cars are a true example of British stupidity. Once installed this emergency hood release works far better than the factory junk.

  See my previous comment. One was good, the other was so fragile I had to have it repaired after trying to clean it.

  Surprised to see this, it's the first we've heard about it. If you had contacted us when they arrived, we would have sent more or issued a refund. As for photos not matching, all of our listings state that photos are only representative. eBay truncates some descriptions, but it's there if you click on the "show more" links. Going to Australia, we chose to send bare steel parts to avoid hidden damage under coverings. Sorry we missed some weak areas & you didn't give us a chance to resolve it.

  The part that I thought I purchased was not the ones that arrived. The ones in the ad were covered in trim the ones that arrived were covered in rust and glue. One of the pair was very fragile due to excessive rust. A little disappointing that I had to spend more money to repair the part. Australia is too far away to return the item.
