  First, the buyer claims there's an issue with the item we sold. The fact is, motor performance varies under different operating conditions and loads. We have no knowledge of how the buyer used it. We contacted the buyer to inquire about the situation, but he refused to cooperate. Second, the buyer claims we asked them to pay for shipping. The actual situation is that we promised to cover the shipping costs, but after the buyer requested a refund, he still haven't returned the item to us.

  Verywell packaged + arrived ahead of schedule. Best news was that this (3.7V 302535 Li Polymer 240mAh Rechargeable LiPo Battery) was the only battery found that would fit obsolete SANSA 2GB media player. Note that battery wattage is somewhat less, but this product is installed and works fine. Great Seller!
