  Well made bracket. Needs to be installed in the lowest position so the car doesn't see it as a road obstruction. Instructions missed the locking washer and the alternative Allen bolt vs philips bolt. Shipped quick but USPS messed up and shipped it out of state and had to wait for it to ship back.
